AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we opened our first restaurant in 1993. Our goal was to provide the finest Italian cuisine available in America but at reasonable prices. This has not changed in the years since! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we use only the freshest and finest ingredients available!
AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we cook our pizzas in our special, brick-lined, wood-burning oven! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we bake our dough fresh on the spot in each of our Restaurants and every day. We do not use trucked-in frozen dough the way some other restaurants do! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, our pasta maker makes our noodles fresh from scratch and in very small batches. Thus they are as wonderful as the ones made in Italian homes for centuries! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, all of our pastas are served with our fresh bread. And all of our breads are made from scratch and right in our kitchens! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we employ our own delivery crew. Unlike some other Restaurants, we do not use outside contractors to make our deliveries! AT EDGARDO'S TRATTORIA, we strive to make your dine-in experience uniquly pleasing as well as memorable.
